No Communication whatsoever

I am very disapponted with their communication. I did a quote with them, and as soon as I agreed to sign up I got my documents and they were not corresponding with the premium I signed up on. I was told they will investigate and call me the next day till today they are ignoring my messages yet the day I signed up the communication was great but now that I have signed up they have gone quiet.

I cancelled my insurance with Nedbank for this exact thing, the lack of communication. Oh and also their tracking device that you get on a 36 months contract and if you cancel your insurance you have to continue paying them until the contract ends even if you are not using it.

Such a bad way to start
