No communication from Pineapple-Claim taking forever.

Considering the great relationship I had with Pineapple, I write this review with a sad, disappointed,heavy and awaiting feedback heart.

I processed a claim in October 2023, all the documentation was uploaded when I initially insured my items.

Everything that the initial consultant needed I submitted.

The lady that was handling my claim apparently resigned, and didn't bother to hand over my file or claim.

So my claim has been sitting there unattended and me not getting feedback.

I have tried to call, but of course you run on intercoms.

Then I tried to reach out through Twitter, you didn't even bother to give me any attention.

I tried using your app, but my messages remain unattended.

Someone by the name of Palesa did contact me, I explained that my claim is still pending and unattended, she said they'll appoint a consultant for me, to this day!!

Mind you I follow up every second day but NO ONE ever gets back to me.

What you won't fail to do is debit my account though.

I want urgent feedback as I'm really sick and tired of all this run around and up and down.

I've been your loyal client for years and you've really disappointed me this time around.
