I interacted with Nokuthula, who delivered excellent service in helping understand how pineapple works and amendments to my policy to be in line with what I needed. She was knowledgeable and her responses were very quick. Thank you for the brilliant service! The app is fantastic and easy to use, I love the simplicity of it. Looking forward to moving more of my products over. I am not a fan of the additional excess between 2***, and I think discovery insure is the only one without this clause but all else is standard for those signing up.
