Never us pineapple insurance.

I have experienced a worst violation of my personal account.

This has been the worst experience of my life, I took out an insurance with pineapple for it to start on the month of February and they started on the current month and debited twice? And prior to them debited I phoned when I received notification that they will debit and they said it was probably for next month, following morning they debited and they credited now charges for me in my bank account which I sent them proof,and I have been told them that I received messages and they denied it to be for the current month, I have been phoning for almost two weeks now for my money to be refunded,I incurred R572 worth of bank charges because of the two attempts of them trying to debit my account, after providing proof of my bank charges they asked for my bank statement which I clearly recorded a clip of me attempting to retrieve the current months bank statement which will only available at the end of this month but they are still refusing to refund me.

I’m beyond disappointed and frustrated I have spent so much money calling each day and being sent from pillar to post with no remorse of the fact that this was a problem that was created by them in the first place.
