My name is Goodman I have insurance with Pineapple, today my car was leaking fluids and I contacted Pineapple I they asked me 2 or 3 questions and I told them what has happened to my BMW X1 and that I needed it to be taken to BMW. They sent me 2 text massages regarding the towing service and the name of the drive who will be picking up my car. A great gentleman by the name of Floyd capt in contact with me via text. To my surprise the whole issue to less 40min and the car was on a flat bed being taken away. That did not end there they also called to find out if I was ok and has the car towed away and if there is something more that I needed. I will recommend Pineapple 100percent
