My claim experience

My claim went unattended for the first couple of days before I eventually complained. Then I eventually got assistance from Koketso who turned out to be an absolute pleasure to deal with. She steered my claim amazingly. I'm extremely unhappy with the request to get a damage report by Pineapple and then have to carry that cost myself. It's unfair to be forced to carry additional costs at your behest.
