Most appauling service by Pineapple insurance

I have been trying to claim for 3 months. Eventually I am given a call centre that is not in service. They call me and then say nothing and tell me they cannot hear me. At first, they called the same handheld. Three entire months of claiming and even after they gave me a reference, they cannot find it!
