Miserable

I have never had such a miserable experience with cell phone insurance before. So my claim was approved and after two weeks I was given a Takealot.com voucher to purchase a new device. I was not given any other option and Takealot is way more expensive than other places and I now have to add almost R2000 rand to buy a phone that I bought for cheaper seven months ago. If I had known this is how they operate, I probably wouldn't have joined this insurance.
