I took a police with Pineapple 3 years ago and submitted all the required documents and pictures as requested for screen cover and serial number than the laptop was ****** and I openned a case and tried to claim only to be told that I must provide proof of ownership for the laptop I had covered and have been payimg for over 3 years. I told them I dont remember when I purchased the laptop and did not keep a box and was requested to provide the box of a laptop (who keeps that? ) so no im busy trying to sue them for that and its a lengthy process. Very useless ****mers
