Mafunise great customer service.

I called in to Pineapple Insurance seeking assistance with a confirmation of insurance letter. The agent i spoke to informed me he would transfer the call to the relevant department. Once transferred, I could hear background noises, and none of the agents responded to me. I dropped the call and tried again, and to my luck, the call was picked up by Sales Agent Mafunise. Although it was out of his duristriction, he did his best to assist me and escalated my issue to his TL. He remained on the phone with me and provided feedback until i was assisted. His service was amazing.
