Lower premiums , poor quality

This is the worst insurance. The policy excess is listed under one clause however is charged separately. They have acknowledged that I work in the medical field, and I am expected to travel between 10 pm and 6 am. There is an additional excess to the value of your chosen excess. I have only been with them for 4 months, which was an additional charge and if you are not married do not join this insurance because they will charge another excess fee for a driver who is not a spouse. ( all of this is listed in one clause on the document and linked with OR without a heading that states that each line is charged seperately, this makes the meaning ambiguous for people for whom English is not a home language, that is the majority of South Africans.
