All the 5 star reviews on here has not claimed or only claimed for glass. If anything remotely serious happen Good luck and be prepared to be **** to , investigated to the bone and if they still can't find a way not to pay they will just make up one and not pay out.

Daughter was in an accident while standing still. Submit the claim, gets nearly immediately rejected because they assumed that she is not the regular driver, Get phoned told the damage is R18k but because and only because she is not the regular driver it is R20k access. Once I informed them that from day one she was listed as the primary driver and proven with their own recording they changed tune. Now it is STILL R20k access because we switched from the old car to this one 6 months ago. Talk about lying and looking for a reason NOT TO PAY. First, get told the regular driver issue is the ONLY reason of the high access, once proven they made a mistake, and then another reason was "Discovered". Just stay away. To save a few rand now to deal with their dishonesty later is not worth it
