Lock Smith guy rude and impatient with a bad attitude

The service on the phone was amazing, lock Smith arrived in less than 30 mins which was very efficient.

I was busy with something when he arrived and politely asked him to wait for me for 10 mins because on the phone I was told he will arrive in an hour. That guy was so angry, and rude. I am not pleased with him, even when he called me his attitude on the phone was arrogant. He truly gave me a different service from all the ladies I spoke to on the phone.
