Little or no feedback!!
On the 22nd of March 2021 I reported with one of the service consultants, name Tshepo, that was checking for a quote om the app for a car I wanted to buy. The car is showing as insured and the insurance amount added on my premium summary. Tshepo confirmed that he logged a requested on the 22nd. I have not received feedback to date, when I follow up today, he tells me the same thing that he told me on the 22nd. I always struggle with feedback when it comes these guys. Their client service platform is the most inconvenient platform I have ever experience. I had the same issue with cell phone insurance not so long ago and it took weeks to resolve. You can go a whole week without feedback.
I am canceling my car insurance as soon as this is resolved.
