Lies, poor communication

Poor service 😡😡😡no communication at all when i call them they lie….. my claim was approved long time ago but my car is still at the panel beaters waiting for the authorisation from the insurance it’s a month now i went ti the panel beater last week friday n they told me they haven’t even ordered parts bcz of my insurance abd i called them they **** telling me that its the panel beater they sent everything and that was all lies just called them today still the insurance hasn’t sent them the authorisation imagine these people don’t care about their clients they only care about our money that’s all 😡😡😡im so angry ryt now
