**** about their access!

After going through a few quotes, Pineapple had a higher premium but no access... Obviously I went for 0 access... I even asked the sales person are you sure 0 access, and he said yes. Now I've been in an accident on 18th June and they want R8000 access for my car to be repaired and still i am waiting for the call recording... Straight through (the repair company) supposed to access my vehicle damage a week ago and still have not.

Fancy app but no service... I highly do not recommend this insurance. Smooth sailing until you claim!
