Kyle from Retentions was really helpful and kind. Switched because Pineapple doesn't offer cover between 11pm and 6am, or something like that, and for R10 more a month King Price does. I was also in a market research program, once, and a lot of the participants were happy with King Price. Pineapple isn't bad. Their people aren't bad. King Price just beats their buck for worth. Maybe Pineapple can start offering comprehensive cover over those hours (without an added R6300 to the existing premium) as I asked when I switched from Discovery to Pineapple, and this is not an option (to pay more to cover those hours without the crazy premium above the existing premium).
