Kursha from Pineapple
I cancelled my insurance policy with Pineapple mid February because I got a better offer somewhere. However they they debited for the month of March and then I wasn't able to reverse it so they had to refund me from their side. Communication from their side was poor because I had to email them first for them to contact me. I eventually received my refund though it is a bit of a hassle.
