A Stella service from the pineapple team, they’re all so amazing. Always. And very very patient and helpful. a special shout to KAASHIFA…. She recently assisted me with my claim to repair my phone. She took me through it all until the end. What I liked most is when I asked for options and she did not shy away from explaining anf giving information. Since I had insured my phone, I have claimed twice and this one was the fastest claim to be resolved in the same week and my phone repaired in the same week. Thank you team.
