Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this matter to our attention. I would like to clarify that the increase in the premium is not directly linked to the value of the phone itself. Instead, it is determined by your overall risk profile. Your risk profile takes into consideration various factors, such as the likelihood of a claim being made, the cost of potential claims, and other relevant data.

Regarding the insurance coverage for your phone, it is important to note that it is insured based on its retail value. Therefore, in the event of a claim, the compensation you receive will be based on the current retail value of the phone. As the value of phones tends to depreciate over time, the amount you are paid may reflect this decrease in value.
I hope this clarifies the issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to let me know, and I will be happy to assist you.
