Kaashifa's Assistance with Pineapple Insurance Claim

I unfortunately got ****** of my beloved cellphone Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus recently and had to go through the claims process. I was nervous at first because of the horror stories that I have heard before with other insurers. Fortunately Kaashifa was on the other side helping me with my claim. She communicated very well and was consistent with communicating every second day or when needed. Mostly, she was patient with me and explained the claim process clearly as such I was able to provide what was needed on my end. The claims process went smoothly and I am thoroughly satisfied with her service. I chose Pineapple because it is underwritten by OM which I trust as a company but I did not consider the customer service and it has been proven to be stellar because of Kaashifa. I am definitely going to recommend Pineapple to my friends and will add more personal beloved items to be insured with Pineapple. I wish other clients will get to experience Kaashifa's commendable service.
