I recently lost my iPhone and was nervous about going through with the claim because of takes I've heard of. but Kaashifa from Pineapple has made this whole experience seamless and painless. she was attentive, accommodating and the consummate professional. with all my questions, Kaashifa was always understanding and genuinely left me feeling reassured knowing that she was handling my case.
