Just pay me so that I can finally cut ties with you
The worst insurance I've ever come across. Been with them since 2021, insured a phone worth R6000 ant they only paying R4000 minus the excess from the R4000 not cash but stupid vouchers and this was never stipulated when taking the cover It's been over a month since my first claim, no one bothers to respond. I ended up buying a phone using my savings. All I want is for you guys to pay me in cash but no one bothers to respond. I've sent countless emails, left messages on your stupid App but still no response. What a ****, I wouldn't recommend this insurance. If you are considering taking up cover with Pineapple, turn away and run the opposite direction. Also I want to cancel as I wasted my money from 2021👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
