Joke of a Company, Jeez! Pathetic indeed

I have taken up a policy with them, given my banking details but I wanted a soft copy of the policy I took with them so that we can continue. But they could not send me my policy with what I covered for together with the actual premium. It has been the 3rd week now though I took Insurance with another "Reputable" company

I so wish these people can lose my details

My BIG problem with Pineapple is that they deducting money from my account whereas I am not their client. A Bunch of ****mers
