Joining Pineapple Insurance wasn't my intention as I was just making a free quote to weigh my options once I get my car. Unfortunately due to a misunderstanding with the Sales Rep he had taken up the policy which was dated to start on 01/04/2025 🥴. I only found out when my account was debited that my policy was activated 😩. To cut the story short, Palesa was able to assist me by investigating the call, canceling my policy and requesting a refund. She also called this morning to inform me that my refund has been successful and that the money should reflect on my account by the end of today. I would've given a bad rating, but thanks to her for resolving the issue without many hassles, I've given 4 stars.
