I’ve been with this insurance for 12 days and they’ve debited me twice!!! They were supposed to take a pro-rata rate for the last 12 days of the month but they took the full amount
I’ve been with this insurance for 12 days and they’ve debited me twice!!! They were supposed to take a pro-rata rate for the last 12 days of the month but they took the full amount. And now on my actual debut date they took the full amount again. They are now silent!!! No one is getting back to me and somehow they are offline until Monday. So when I have an issue during the weekend I have to wait for Monday and yet I’m paying??? This is an inconvenience and it’s upsetting that no one is getting back to me and I must until Monday. It’s Bull****!!
