It’s always easy to sign up, that’s why you see good reviews, but believe me when I say that once you are in, it’s hell! And you will pay the hard way. Avoid disappointments and regrets.

I am convinced that this insurance company is ran by kids who spend most of their time on TikTok. You’d swear they’d be proactive in responding to queries and resolving issues given that they ONLY rely on whatsapp and their stupid app! I am not gonna mention emails because they don’t even look at those, probably every mail goes to spam. If you want to claim, you may as well forget about it, if you want a refund due to a cancelled policy within their “cool off” period, forget about it! If you want to communicate with someone to help you resolve issues, forget about it!

Their biggest mistake was not to have a dedicated call centre, they cut costs now real people are suffering the consequences!
