It is difficult to use the app for older people. It was much better with Whatsapp thank you. My concern is when we are in an accident how to reach someone. At my previous insurance it was easy to reach them and they assist immediately. No need to open an app first. This is not older people friendly at all. Thank you so much for the team help me on WhatsApp chat. I need direct contact nrs in case of emergency please?
