Isago Kaitshane was kind enough to assist me when I inquired about the DriveLess benefit. She responded to my concern about Pineapple delaying the refund until I was eventually refunded. I also appreciate when she apologised whenever she took a delay in responding and went out of her way to send me proof of payment to assure when the refund was eventually processed.
