Insurance that thrives in empty promises

If you want continuous stress and frustrations in your life take up insurance with Pineapple, I registered a claim mid may and I was unhappy with the outcome and I was asked to send an email to claimsobjections which I did they then said to revert to me in no more than 10 working days. 10 working days expired I sent a follow up email it's an additional 13 working days later and there's no response, contact details on the email gets you sent from pillar to post Old mutual insure, Iwyze blah blah and you still don't get assisted. I'm sick of this insurer and will be cancelling my policy with them. I asked for call recording at some point it's more than 2 months now and still no sign of recordings
