Insurance Referral Led to Hidden Tracker Contract

I signed up for Pineapple Insurance and was told a tracker was required. At no point was I informed that this would lock me into a 36‑month contract with Tracker Connect or that I’d face a cancellation penalty. I cancelled my insurance within a day, yet I am now being held liable for Tracker’s contract that I never signed or agreed to. Pineapple failed to disclose these terms upfront, which is misleading and unfair under the Consumer Protection Act.
