Terrible service

No personal service and we pay way too much when we could be paying less at Outsurance and also get service there when it matters.

Pineapple does everything over the phone so they sign you up for things like tracker which you’ll pay even if you cancel the contract.

It’s a **** for new time car insurers and not to be trusted.

Don’t make the same mistake we did because it will cost you in the short and long run.
