Insurance claim of my device

Terrible service ever my phone is insured for R5500 and the excess is R1000 and they make the excess for R1828.43 and now they give me a pay out of R3671.57. pineapple gives terrible service they ask your address,i gave my work address but change to my home address but delivery is still made to my work,but nobody calls before hand to say to coming for the delivery,it was for me to phone the end(24-03-2023) of the day and ask when will the delivery happen i been waiting the whole day at home for my claim card.just for anybody to sign at my work and for me to find out today(27-03-2023) at work for what i been paying is not what i get and they take my money and give me less ,this is the worsed company to insurance your phone with.done ever insurance anything with them,the second time i deal with Charlotte and its not the first for her bad service and rude manners.she speaks to the client how she wants in no regard of respect and just say this is how it is and thats it ,"we will not be settling as per that amount insurance is there to put you on the same position as noted on your policy " pictures she sends me after everything and telling me thats what it is.
