Insurance claim

I've been with pineapple insurance for 3years , this insurance is really funny if we are not forced to take takealot vouchers they give us vouchers that are said they can be used at any shop but not online yet the insurance is done online at this point and time In life who doesn't know that we live in an online community, some of us don't evn know how some shops look like inside but they fails at such a small thing, and again I struggled so much to claim when it was so easy for me to insure I literally had to beg their stuff for days to help me then they gave me a guy called Fezile to handle my claim who wouldnt answer the questions I had I kept sending text to no reply it really is so frustrating I am so disappointed after I've had such a smooth ride for the past 3 years.
