Insurance cancelation
I've been trying to cancel my insurance with Pineapple Insurance since last week and was promised a call back. It’s been almost a week with no response. The car is no longer in my possession, and I don’t want to continue paying for something I don’t have. Their customer service is incredibly poor, and I’m disappointed with the lack of communication. Be wary if you're considering using their service.
