I have been with Pineapple for about 2 years and have my cellphone and MacBook insured with them. I recently had to claim for damage on my cellphone and I was so impressed with the level of service and the speed at which my claim was handled. I liaised with Bianca via email and she responded to each of my emails so efficiently. My claim has been resolved and my cellphone troubke are over. She is an asset to Pineapple. I will definitely be sending my car insurance to Pineapple.
