Inaccurate premium prices

When I added my headphones I recieved a quote for R36.00. When I clicked accept and approve it gives me an error "Something went wrong" I spoke to support who could not resolve the issue, but told me that they could add the insurance of my headphones for R85.00.. More than double what they initially quoted me 😶. Nice insurance concept, but unfortunately it doesn't work consistently accurately as I hoped for.
