Impossible to cancel (seriously)

Hi guys, I originally had an ok experience with Pineapple. No problems once signing up (ive never claimed though) but now that im trying to cancel and its literally impossible. The apps "help centre" doesn't work. Download the app and see for yourself. There is no online support through the app. As well as that there is no call centre I can call to see whats going on either :( . The debit order will be going off tomorrow and it looks like there is nothing I can do. Guys if youre considering them because of the clever marketing they do (thats why signed up), just know that you'll have some serious problems once you need help with anything. My advice as someone who literally never complains about anything, (this is my first bad review on hellopeter) take it from me to steer clear....
