Impossible communication

Communication with Pineapple Insurance is impossible. I cannot find a contact number or email address for them. You can only communicate through a chat bot, and nobody replies. My car was in an accident the 1st of September and the claim has not been settled yet. My rental car is expiring and now I am going to be without transport. The man that went to the accident scene with me told me that he would fetch my car papers from the bank, and I didn't hear from him again. I don't know what's going on. September has been hell for me and now I am going to be stuck without transport as well. It is so frustrating when you need something urgently and you have to wait days for a chat bot to reply.
