IGNORED CLAIM

Hi guys, I don't know who runs this account however I'm so disgruntled.

I've been so loyal to paying my monthly premiums only to be told that my claim is on hold after I contacted the service provider myself.

Is this how you conduct your business?

No one has contacted me to give me the status of the claim. I'm so disappointed. Moreover disgruntled at the fact that its been almost 2 months and no is saying anything.

I dont want anything to do with your company anymore.

After all of this I will go on and report you on the OMBUDSMAN.
