Terrible Claims process. The claims process was slow and frustrating. They paid out in a claims card despite the fact that I told them that my OnePlus device has to be imported to be replaced. If I knew I would never have used them. Then after I claimed I was not able to redeem any of my points as "i no longer have an active profile".

I would highly suggest going with anyone else. It may look convenient but thats only before you claim.
