I wouldn't recommend anyone to this insurance

I wouldn't recommend anyone to this insurance .they offered me a cheaper premium and lower excess on the quote just after accepting the cover ,my document does not correspond with what was discussed on the call and now they are taking forever to sort out the issue its been 2 weeks not know what happening with my cover not sure if am cover or not.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
