I would like to commend Pineapple agent Nombulelo for the excellent service I’ve received so far. Even though my claim is still in progress, she has been professional, patient, and very supportive throughout the process. She keeps me well informed, explains everything clearly, and is always willing to assist. Regardless of the final outcome of the claim, I’m genuinely happy with the level of service and care I’ve received from her.
