I would just like to extend a thank you to the pineapple team but more specifically Thabang, from the claims department. When I got into a car accident I was extremely stressed as I didn't know what the next steps were. But then Thabang gave me a call, never have I ever interacted with a claims handler that was more calming, understanding and professional. He honestly went the extra mile with giving me daily updates and reassuring me that everything will get sorted. Pineapple is my first insurance company and I can confidently say because of the service and understanding I received from Thabang you have gained a life time client. I honestly cant thank Thabang and the team enough.
