I was ssisted by Zandile Khunou with my claim in Jan 2025 - and my car went for repairs with Renew-it Mount Edgecombe. The repairer didn't do a good job on the car and I have been seeking my Insurance Company to assist me. I feel let down by Pineapple for not standing by me during this diffucult time. I have not gotten any feedback on the progress of my complaint. I paid R12 400 access fee and this is the service I get. 😞
