I was made aware that my access is very high and since I was not aware of that, I requested a record of the audio and to that I have not received any feedback. I have been sent from pillar to post. Pineapple doesn't have my best interest at heart. I was also subjected to taking up the tracker device so that they can monitor or calculate my mileage and be reimbursed for driving less than 300km. Mind you this policy was concluded in October 2024 and to date I have not received that incentive. I would also like to put it on record that I work from home and only go into the office twice in a month and the distance is 15km. To date I have not received the data reflecting my mileage. Thus far I am not happy at all with the service or rather non service of Pineapple. Now my requests on whatsapp are being ignored
