I was having a very terrible day , very frustrated and ready to jump ship if I don't get a solution to my problem. Not only did he manage to solve my problem but he also calmed me down and convinced me to stay without prompting me to stay or convincing me with word, but merely listening to me and hearing me out through my tension. I ended up laughing even. It feels like Pineapple consultants have a qualification in psychology.I truly applaud him in his skill of people management and I thank his efforts of making my day a little easier. I truly appreciate the the quality of individuals you take time to hire to deal with difficult situations smoothly. So far I've really recieved exceptional service from all consultants and Thabang reminded me why I should stay.
