I was assisted by Thabang, unfortunately I didn’t get his surname. He was patient enough to stay on the line with me until I confirmed receipt of all documents. He even reduced my premium while he was at it, coz I have been with them for over a year now. Thank you so much Thabang and thank you Pineapple! You Rock!
