I was assisted by Nerissa,to be honest I was not the best customer but still she was willing to go out of her way and help me.When I wasn’t answering my phone she would email me,to ask when again could she call.Bare in mind am the one who asked for help yet she was the one chasing to make sure she reaches me.Which is very rare nowadays.So really 10/10
