I was assisted by Glenda. I sent a WhatsApp text requesting a confirmation letter of my insurance and she asked for certain information which o didn't have instant access to. She reminded later by call and by text and as soon as I sent the information within seconds the letter was in my inbox. Lovely service from a friendly lady.
